Key Accountabilities
Create or review test cases for testing of application
Conducting functionality tests
Conducting non-functional tests such as regression, performance and stress tests.
Support continuous integration with automated tools such as CI server and automated testing
Proactively identify test issues and potential process improvement areas, suggest options and
recommend approaches
Report defects and problems found during tests
Determine from test results if the module is stable enough for a release.
Investigate and validate error reports from external customers
Technical Knowledge (Position Specific Skills and Experience)
A bachelor's degree in an IT related field
Knowledge in Software Development with Agile Methodology
Have experience with continuous integration and test automation (Selenium)
Knowledge in stress testing and performance testing would be an advantage
Key requirements:
Good knowledge in software review, audit techniques, test plan development, test cases
development, optimized test execution methods and document review
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good written and oral communication skills
