Another local fintech startup emerges

EMERGES AS THE LATESTVENTURE FROM MINNESOTA WITH A RECURRING BILLING SAAS FOR SMB'S.

The product soft launched about a year ago out of in Minneapolis, a small software development firm owned by and partner .

As ChargeOver picks up new customers and revenue gains, the startup is gearing up to grow.

"There's still a lot of redundant manual work being done by small and medium businesses when it comes to their billing, accounting and taxes," explains Bantz."Our goal is to be the easiest way for a merchant to setup and manage their recurring billing needs."

THE CHARGEOVER BILLING, DUNNING, ACCOUNTING, AND REPORTING DASH IS SIMPLY VISUAL AND FULLY INTEGRATES WITH QUICKBOOKS.

"We're payment gateway agnostic," Bantz says, "Paypal, Authorize.net, Stripe, Chase Paymentech or anything else, we can integrate."

ChargeOver says its solution is ideal for anyone whose billing recurs on a monthly basis -- whether that be for another SaaS product, a delivery service, or call center. While there are certainly other players in the space with more financial resources at their disposal ( - $8m, -$100m+, - UNK/Cuban), Bantz sees nothing but upside ahead.

"We're still in an early stage and have demonstrated value with our current paying customers. Our big goal is to find a specific vertical and own that."
