This meeting takes place when we have different strategies for implementation requiring access to water, especially in rural areas. We all know that the government has prepared the National Strategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty (MKUKUTA), which gives priority to the water sector as one of the key sectors in implementing the strategy. In addition, we have the Millennium goals, vision and direction of the Ministry of Water vitakavyowezesha rapid development and sustainability in the water sector. consumer rights

Despite the presence of strategies and policies I have mentioned above, access to water and adequate assurance for rural people is still a challenge. We need to put more energy and a new approach based on population growth and water shortages present.
