Hey there! We () want to meet you--you who loves, building awesome software, RSpec and Capybara, and loves getting s#!* done.We are putting together a team of inspiringly smart and creative individuals hell-bent on changing the world.As part of this team, we're looking for a world-class, entrepreneurial Senior Full Stack Rails Developer to help overhaul our site and revolutionize how Americans afford their healthcare.


GiveForward will be launching significant changes to our Product in the coming year and this opportunity allows you to help lead, shape, manage, and grow our products as well as our technology architecture. You will be part of the team responsible for rebuilding our entire architecture in Rails for web, mobile to solidify GiveForward's position as the leading crowdfunding platform for healthcare.

REQUIREMENTS:



* Has knowledge of Ruby on Rails(3+ years experience)

* Thorough knowledge of front-end HTML, CSS, JavaScript

* Proven track record with high-traffic sites

* Familiarity with agile software development methodologies

* Thorough understanding of software testing

* Rspec

* Capabara



Strong commitment to quality and a high degree of self motivation

Great communication skills

BONUS SKILLS:



* Additional MVC framework knowledge



* RESTFul API development and maintenance

* Third Party API integration

* Facebook

* Twitter



Performance tuning

Experience with anyone of the following mobile platforms



* HTML5

* Android

* iPhone

* Participates in technology communities and/or user groups
